ABSOLUTELY INSANE
This will be a short message tonight. I’m exhausted! I just got back from waiting in line all day for Chicago Cubs tickets! That was definitely less of an errand and more of an experience. It was absolutely insane. I was completely unprepared for it. People actually camped out overnight so they could be the first ones in line to get them. Can you believe that? I got a really early start to the morning and I figured I would be one of the first people in line and then I could do other things. Boy, was I wrong! I had a whole list of things I had planned to do too. I was supposed to get together with my best friend and see a movie, but I had to borrow someone’s cell phone and cancel that engagement also. Luckily, someone was nice enough to let me use it. All I have to say is that my boyfriend better appreciate what I went through for him. I got these as a surprise, but I’ll make sure he definitely knows what it took to get these! While I was waiting in line, I did wind up having some interesting conversations with other people, though, which I’ll be able to talk about after I get some sleep!
